From Hotel Chatter

The latest hotel trend is onsite iPod's available for guests. Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico, let's guests chill out poolside with their very own iPod. The Apple devices are stuffed with over 1,000 tunes ranging from Latin jazz to classical rock to hip-hop. No word on whether or not you can add to the set list.

Other hotels who have jumped on the bandwagon are Le Meridien Cyberport in Hong Kong, where guests can borrow minis while using the exercise room (the catch there is it sounds like you have to exercise to get the mini perk), and the One & Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas where guests can not only borrow an iPod, but also have the staff fill the iPod with personal fave's to listen to during your stay.

iPodder is a media aggregator which automatically downloads files to your computer or portable device, leaving you 'one-click-away' from latest media feeds. The whole process is done on it's own, so you don't have to select files, search for them or click links to download the media. All you do is specify some hotspots where to download from and wait to get yourself the content. All you have to do is decide what your going to listen.

"Yesterday, I had a chance to play with a bluetooth headphone that was just announced at CeBit. It supports both audio+headset profile.

(this is a prototype, not a final product)

You can listen to iPod, TV or any audio source with it. It supports BT Class 1, so you can go as far as 30 meter (or even more) from the source of audio and feel no degragation in audio quality.

If you someone call you on your bluetooth cellular phone, you just push a button and it will be your bluetooth headset. You can use it with your Mac to do an iChat AV audio chat.

This thing is so cool!"

AppleInsider reports:

Apple Computer is preparing to unveil the 4th-generation of its flagship iPod music player, reliable sources told AppleInsider last week...

..."Unlike the recent capacity-centric revisions to the iPod line, the 4th-generation iPod will host a number of architectural advancements and new features. Most apparent, sources say, is the presence of a 2-inch color screen for displaying photos stored on the pod, from the palm of your hand.

The player will reportedly also adopt a video output jack that will allow users to connect their iPods to television sets, sources said. Meanwhile, no mention was made in regards to an output jack capable of relaying audio to a home entertainment center.
